VPN65 Subscription Setup Guide
Follow the steps from account setup to connection. If you already have your subscription, go straight to the import instructions for your platform.
Create an account and save your login details
VPN65 doesn’t require an email address. Create an account with a username and password. Use the button below to open the user dashboard, then follow the on-screen instructions to choose your username and password and create your account. Choose a username that’s easy to recognize but doesn’t reveal sensitive personal information. Use a unique password and store it in a trusted password manager.
After submitting, make sure you can access the user dashboard and view your account overview and plan section. If your username is already taken, choose another one and try again. If you already have an account, use the “Log in” option in the navigation instead; there’s no need to create another. Creating an account doesn’t activate a subscription—you’ll still need to choose a plan and check your order status.
Make sure you can log in again before proceeding to payment and client setup. Since no email address is required, don’t rely on email notifications to recover access later. If you have trouble with your login details, see Account and subscription help. Never share your password or screenshots showing your full account details.
First Month FreeChoose a plan and review your order
In the Plans section of the user dashboard, first distinguish monthly subscriptions from data packages. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB—useful if you prefer a monthly plan. Monthly data resets on the activation date each month, not on a fixed calendar-month schedule. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days; review the change details shown in the dashboard before proceeding.
Data packages remain valid until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Consider how often you’ll use the service: everyday browsing and text tools, video streaming, and large file transfers consume different amounts of data. Package size is a data allowance, not a speed guarantee. If you’re unsure how much you need, read Plan pricing and billing details before choosing.
Once you’ve chosen a plan, follow the dashboard steps to create an order. Check the plan name, amount, and billing method, then pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. After payment, return to the user dashboard and confirm that the order result matches your account’s plan status. If the payment page shows that payment is complete but the dashboard hasn’t updated, check the existing order first rather than creating another or paying again.
VPN65 offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. See the Terms of Service for instructions on how to request one. Once your plan is confirmed as active, open your account overview to get your subscription. If the plan status is still unconfirmed, use the support ticket option in the dashboard to explain the order issue. Remember to hide sensitive payment details before submitting.
Choose this planGet your subscription link from the dashboard
Once your plan is active, open the account overview in the user dashboard and find the subscription details or import section. The subscription link lets your client retrieve the route configuration for your account. It isn’t a website login link or a link for a specific city. Use the dashboard’s copy button to avoid accidentally missing the end of the link.
If the dashboard offers a one-click import option for your installed client, follow the prompts to open the client and confirm the import. If your system can’t find an app to open, install the client for your platform using the instructions below, then return to the dashboard. Alternatively, copy the subscription link and add it manually using an option such as “Import from link” in the client’s subscription settings.
Treat your subscription link like a password and keep it secure. Don’t put it in public notes, group chats, or screenshots, and never submit it to an unfamiliar online conversion site. If you need help, describe the import option, error message, and steps you took; you don’t need to share the full link. This guide doesn’t display real subscription links. Get your actual configuration only from the user dashboard after signing in.
After copying the link, keep the dashboard open and continue with the import steps for your platform. If you switch clients, first check whether the dashboard offers an import option for that client. Different clients may support different configuration formats, so don’t assume a link will work just because it looks similar. If the format doesn’t match, see Connection and troubleshooting help.
Open your account overviewImport the client configuration for your platform
Get clients from the user dashboard; this page doesn’t provide installers. After signing in, you can access clients for Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux. Subscription details are available after sign-in and can be used to connect once your plan is active. The dashboard determines whether the iOS option is available based on your active plan. The instructions below start with the VPN65 client provided in the dashboard. If you need to import manually, use a subscription-based client that supports the format provided there.
Windows: Add a subscription and enable the configuration
Sign in to the dashboard, open the client downloads section, select Windows, and get and install the VPN65 client by following the instructions. When you launch it, look for “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or a similar management option. Choose Add configuration or Import from link, then paste the full subscription link you copied earlier. Give the configuration a recognizable name, save it, and update or fetch the configuration.
Once the route list appears, make sure the new configuration is selected as the active one—not just saved without being enabled. If the client has a system proxy toggle, turn it on as directed in the connection instructions. For other network modes, follow the client’s prompts; there’s no need to change multiple settings for your first connection. Keep the default rules for now, verify the connection, and adjust routing rules later if needed.
macOS: Allow the app to launch, then import your subscription
Select the macOS client in the dashboard and follow the on-screen guidance to get the version suited to your system and device. When installing and launching it, read the system’s app and network permission prompts carefully. Allow access only after verifying the client’s source. Don’t weaken your system-wide security settings just to skip installation steps. If the client won’t launch, first check the dashboard instructions and the system message.
Open the client’s configuration or subscription settings, choose the option to add from a link, paste your subscription, save it, and update the configuration. If the dashboard offers one-click import, return to it after installing the client and follow the prompts. Once the import succeeds, select the configuration, then connect or enable the system proxy. Seeing an icon in the menu bar doesn’t confirm that traffic is using a route; continue by testing a website.
Android: Import your subscription and confirm network access
Sign in to the dashboard to get the Android client, then install it as prompted by your system. In the client, open the subscription list, configuration settings, or add-configuration option and choose to import from a link. Paste the subscription link from the dashboard and update it. When the route names appear, select the configuration and route you want, then connect. Adding a subscription and connecting are separate steps.
Your system may ask you to confirm a VPN connection. Check that the app shown in the prompt is the client you’re using before allowing it. If the connection drops when you switch to another app, check whether your device restricts the client’s background activity or battery usage, and adjust those settings if needed. You don’t need to disable every power-saving feature at once; first check whether the connection works while the client is in the foreground.
iOS: Get and add a configuration from the dashboard
On iOS, open the client section of the dashboard to access the available option. Availability depends on whether your account has an active plan. App Store availability varies by account region. If you can’t continue from the current page, read the dashboard instructions. Don’t install configuration profiles from unfamiliar websites or assume that any profile on your device is a VPN65 subscription.
Once the client is installed, return to the dashboard and use the matching import option, or choose Add from link in the client’s subscription or configuration settings. Update the route list after importing. When you connect, allow the VPN configuration if prompted by iOS and confirm using your device’s authentication method. Shortcuts aren’t needed for your first connection—complete the import and connect manually before setting up automation.
Get the clientConnection and setup verification
Once the import is complete, select the active subscription and a route, then connect. Check that the client shows a connected status and that the system has granted any required permissions. Then open an international website or ChatGPT and check whether it loads, lets you sign in, and works as expected. The client’s connection icon only indicates the connection process has reached a particular state; you still need to check the target site’s actual response.
To check your exit IP, open the IP lookup tool on this site and compare the result with your current route. With rule-based routing, different websites may use different paths, so the IP shown on the lookup page may not represent every app. Consider the exit IP together with your access to the target site. A working network connection doesn’t replace the target service’s own account, region, or eligibility requirements.
If a site won’t load, first return to the dashboard and check your plan status. Then make sure the client updated the subscription, the right configuration is enabled, and the connection toggle and system permissions are in effect. Once you’ve checked these basics, try another route. Change one setting at a time to identify whether the issue is with the configuration, route, or target site. Don’t keep changing protocols and advanced rules before confirming that the import worked.
If only one site is having problems, note its name, the error shown in the client, and the route you selected, then check the Help Center. If you still need assistance, sign in to the dashboard and submit a support ticket with your platform, what you were doing, and the steps you’ve tried. Hide account details and subscription links in screenshots; you don’t need to share your personal configuration to troubleshoot.
Once verification is complete, keep the configuration that works. If you switch devices, reinstall the client, or update your subscription later, follow the same sequence: get the configuration, import or update it, select a route, and verify the connection. For more on peak-time congestion, protocol trade-offs, and route topology, see the protocol reference. You don’t need to configure everything during your first session.
