Service Scope

VPN65 provides subscription-based network acceleration for accessing international websites and related online applications. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service includes subscription details in your account, access to client downloads, and route selection. See the user panel for current availability.

Subscriptions do not include memberships, content licenses, or account eligibility for third-party websites. Third parties set their own regional rules, account reviews, and feature changes. A successful network connection does not grant permission to use their services.

Account and Subscription Rules

Create an account with a username and password—no email address required. Keep your password, subscription links, and signed-in sessions secure. Do not publish subscription details, resell routes, or share your account with others. If you notice a leak or unusual activity, change your password promptly and report it through a ticket.

There is no device limit for simultaneous connections on the account holder’s own devices. This does not permit account sharing among multiple people or providing connection relays to others. You are responsible for activity on your account. VPN65 reviews unusual activity in context and does not determine violations solely by device count.

Billing and Refunds

Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated for the remaining days. Data bundles: ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, and ¥658 for 3000GB. Bundles never expire and remain available until used. Check the billing terms and data allowance before ordering. Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat / USDT. You can request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. This applies to both monthly subscriptions and data bundles. Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund ticket with the relevant order details so we can verify the payment. Do not send your account password or full subscription link.

VPN65 will confirm the review outcome and refund progress through your ticket. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment provider; these terms do not guarantee a specific processing time. Once a refund is completed, the benefits associated with that order end.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and where you use the service, as well as the rules of the platforms you access. Do not use the service for fraud, infringement, distributing malware, unauthorized data collection, or other illegal activity. Do not launch network attacks, send spam, or disrupt other users’ connections.

The absence of a device limit does not waive your obligation to use the service reasonably. VPN65 may take necessary protective measures against activity that persistently consumes resources, damages systems, or affects other accounts, and will explain its response through an account notification or ticket.

Availability and Limitation of Liability

Connection performance depends on your local network, device settings, carrier routing, destination websites, and maintenance. VPN65 does not guarantee that every route will always be available or promise fixed speeds, latency, or continued access to third-party content. If a problem occurs, try switching routes first, then submit a ticket with the error message and details about when and where it occurred.

Scheduled maintenance or external network failures may interrupt service. VPN65 will investigate and provide an update based on the circumstances. You are responsible for backing up important data. Liability and compensation are determined under applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

VPN65 may suspend access or terminate an account for illegal use, resale or sharing, malicious attacks, or other serious violations of these terms. Any action will be proportionate to the risk. If you disagree with a decision, request a review through a user panel ticket. Account actions do not affect any refund or appeal rights you have under applicable law.

Changes to these terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. We will notify users through the user panel of significant changes affecting their rights. Changes will not retroactively reduce refund commitments for existing orders. If you have questions about the new terms or do not accept the changes, contact us through a ticket to discuss your service options.
